Life safety lighting design products are developed to comply with industry codes and standards–such as UL and NFPA, for multiple interior and exterior applications.

  • The proverbial, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”, is never more true than when applied to industry. We use state of the art technology to identify overloaded circuits, loose/corroded connections, failing breakers, blown fuses, overloads, phase imbalance, hot spots from high resistance connections and harmonics problems.
  • The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is responsible for promulgating legally enforceable standards which require the use of practices, means or processes that are reasonably necessary and appropriate to protect employees on the job. We partner with providers who offer a broad range of electrical safety solutions including the industry’s most comprehensive suite of arc-flash-related products and services including arc flash hazard analysis, training and compliance, mitigating products, labeling and safety procedures, and comprehensive safety audits.
  • As stewards of the environment, we are dedicated to ensuring that lighting components are properly disposed of during retrofit or disposal applications. We partner with providers who use advanced, automated, dry-separation processes to separate lamp waste into glass, metals and mercury-contaminated phosphor powder. Through these processes, roughly 96% of total bulb weight is recovered as glass; 2% as aluminum; less than 2% as phosphor powder; and less than 1% as mercury for refining. Lamp ballast are separated by type and decontaminated as needed to remove poly-chlorinated biphenyls for recycling, incineration or disposal.
  • Parking lot lighting is an important aspect of any type of security illumination project.  Commercial businesses require effective parking lot lights to ensure the safety of their employees and customers.  Achieving effective illumination of commercial exterior spaces can present challenges.  Contact us today for an on-site consultation.
